The busiest routes to Jerusalem: lines 164, 165, 166, 167, 168 and 169 loop through different neighbourhoods, stop at Kanyon Adumim and the municipality, and end at the Givat HaTachmoshet light-rail station (Red Line).

Lines 174, 176, 177 and 178 run from Ma'ale Adumim neighbourhoods via Kanyon Adumim and the municipality to Sderot Shazar / Binyanei HaUma, by the Jerusalem central bus station, returning from the Supreme Court area (Sderot HaNasi HaShishi).

Line 209 runs from Ma'ale Adumim neighbourhoods to Chanyon HaLeom (Jerusalem central bus station area); line 211 runs from Kedar through Ma'ale Adumim to Chanyon HaLeom, stopping at the Hebrew University and Hadassah Mount Scopus.
