Who we are
Ma'ale Adumim Local (maaleadumimlocal.com) is a free information site published by Anywhere Reality Industries LLC, a Delaware limited liability company (Consult With Ari) ("we", "us"). By using it you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the site.
A free site, with no professional relationship
The site is free to use. Using it, or contacting us through it, does not create any professional, advisory, agency or service relationship between you and Anywhere Reality Industries LLC. Nothing on the site is a promise to provide a service.
The information is general, and you should confirm it
Listings summarise what each place published on its own website or another public source on the date shown, with a link to that page. Hours, prices, staff and contact details change, and mistakes happen. Confirm with the place before you rely on anything here. Guides are general information, not legal, tax, medical or financial advice.
Kashrut is shown exactly as each business states it. It is not a halachic ruling; whether a place meets your standard is a question for your rav. Shabbat times are calculated by Hebcal for the city centre and may differ slightly from your shul's schedule.
No endorsement, no payment
Listings are free, are never paid placements, and do not imply endorsement. A place's absence isn't a judgment about it.
Accommodation and rentals
The "Where to stay" page lists hotels, guesthouses and hostels and links to Airbnb and Booking.com searches for the area. Any booking of a hotel, guesthouse, hostel or short-term rental is between you and the provider (and the booking platform, if you use one), under their terms. We don't check availability, prices or safety, and we are not a party to any booking.
Events
Events are listed from their organisers' public announcements and link back to them. The organiser, not this site, is responsible for the event.
Community groups
We don't run the groups on the Groups page. We list only links that the group itself or a community organisation has published publicly. Joining a group, its rules, and anything said or shared in it are between you and the group (and the service it runs on, such as WhatsApp, Facebook or Telegram). If you run a group and want its link changed or removed, contact us and we will act promptly.
Links to other sites
We link to other websites, apps and map services. We don't control them and aren't responsible for their content.
Third-party names and trademarks
Names, logos and trademarks of the businesses, organisations, apps and services mentioned on the site belong to their owners. We use them only to identify those businesses and services; this doesn't mean they endorse the site or are connected with us.
Content removal and copyright
Photos on the site are openly licensed and credited to their authors on the photo and on the About page. Listings and facts belong to their sources, which each listing links to. If you believe any content or photo on the site infringes your copyright or other rights, or you want your business removed, contact us with the email or WhatsApp buttons below. Tell us the page and what the problem is, and we will act promptly, normally by correcting or removing the content.
Your use of the site
You're welcome to use the site for personal and community purposes and to share links to it. Please don't copy it wholesale, scrape it, republish it as your own, or use it to send unsolicited marketing.
Liability
The site is provided as it is, without guarantees that it is complete, current or free of errors. To the extent the law allows, Anywhere Reality Industries LLC isn't liable for loss that comes from relying on it.
To the extent the law allows, the total liability of Anywhere Reality Industries LLC for any claim about the site is limited to US$100. Nothing in these terms limits liability that the law does not allow to be limited.
Changes to these terms
We may change these terms from time to time. The date at the top of this page shows the latest version. If you keep using the site after a change, the updated terms apply.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, USA, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules. If you use the site as a consumer, this does not take away any protection you have under the mandatory consumer laws of the country where you live.
These terms may be shown in other languages for convenience. If a translation differs from the English version, the English version prevails.
