Most people in Ma'ale Adumim shop in three places. Kanyon Ofer Adumim (5 Derech Kedem) has Shufersal Deal on floor -1 and is open Sun-Thu 09:30-21:30 and Fri 09:00-15:00. Each main neighbourhood has its own small centre with a supermarket or minimarket: Karso (HaRekhes 31), Tzemach HaSadeh 29, Kikar Yahalom and Mitzpe Nevo 41-43, where Ma'ayan 2000 and Zol VeBegadol have branches. For the big weekly shop, Rami Levy (Eitam 1) and Yochananof (Haruvit 38) are in the Mishor Adumim commercial zone.
