The municipality publishes an official list of synagogues in Ma'ale Adumim, with addresses and gabbaim, but it marks nusach only for a few: Megadim Ashkenazi and Megadim Sephardi (both at Pri Megadim 25) and Moshe Dayan (Ashkenazi) at 1 HaChalamish St. Ohel Rachel, the matnas shul at 5 Derech Midbar Yehuda, is Orthodox, nusach Ashkenaz/Sefard with Carlebach tunes.
I could not confirm a current English-speaking minyan; if you daven at one, please tell me. For prayer times, the eruv map and weekly zmanim, the municipal religious-services WhatsApp bot is on 052-8460889. Published candle-lighting times differ: 20 minutes before sunset (Hebcal) or 30 minutes (Chabad.org).
