Jerusalem's main underground railway station, with trains to Ben Gurion Airport and Tel Aviv, about 9 km west of Ma'ale Adumim in a straight line. Ma'ale Adumim lines 174, 176, 177 and 178 run to Binyanei HaUma next to it; trains do not run on Shabbat.

Line 209 runs from Ma'ale Adumim neighbourhoods to Chanyon HaLeom (Jerusalem central bus station area); line 211 runs from Kedar through Ma'ale Adumim to Chanyon HaLeom, stopping at the Hebrew University and Hadassah Mount Scopus.
