Ministry of Education 'Nitzanim' afternoon programme run by the matnas in the state schools Mamlachti Gimmel, Tomer Rachel, Almog, Megadim, Tzemach HaSadeh, Nofei Sela and Nirim, with a hot kosher lunch. The subsidised grade 1-2 rate for 2026-27 is 4,800 NIS a year.

The matnas runs afternoon programmes inside the municipal pre-kindergarten and kindergarten gans until 16:45, with a hot kosher meat lunch. For 2026-27 the full-year fee is 9,700 NIS; registration ran 19 Jan-30 Jun 2026 and later sign-ups go on a waiting list.
