Gans in Ma'ale Adumim are grouped here by neighbourhood, using the Ministry of Education's list of institutions, which marks each gan as state, state-religious, Haredi or special education. Registration for municipal gans is online through the municipal portal; for 2026-27 it ran 19-29 January 2026, and the municipality normally announces the next round in winter.
Two things catch newcomers out: children already in a gan must register again for the next year, and registering for gan does not sign your child up for the afternoon programme (tzaharon), which is a separate matnas registration. The municipality publishes registration-zone maps and gan booklets on its registration page.
