Ma'ale Adumim has state, state-religious (mamad) and Haredi primary schools, and secondary schools including AMIT Eitan, the AMIT girls' school, Ulpanat Tzvia, Yeshivat Tzvia and two Amal schools. Registration for first grade is online, through the municipal portal linked from the municipality's registration page; for 2026-27 it ran 19-29 January 2026. High-school registration runs through rishum.app.
There is no English-language school in the city. Nefesh B'Nefesh says all schools give Hebrew lessons for olim, sometimes pooled into a city-wide children's ulpan. The Education Department is in City Hall (3 Derech Kedem), and the municipal absorption team (073-3485640) can help with registration.
