New to Ma'ale Adumim? Start here
Ma'ale Adumim has a municipal absorption (klita) team and a Ministry of Education ulpan in the main matnas building, and Nefesh B'Nefesh says olim live all over the city rather than in one neighbourhood. The Ministry of Aliyah office that serves the city is in Jerusalem. Most daily services, including the Interior Ministry, Bituach Leumi and Rav-Kav, are on the third floor of the Kanyon Adumim mall.

Contact the municipal klita team
The municipality lists an olim project manager (073-3485642), an absorption coordinator (073-3485640) and a young-adult absorption coordinator (073-3485641) in its phonebook. NBN says the community coordinator helps with renting, school registration, city services and appliances.

Register at the Ministry of Aliyah
gov.il lists the Ministry of Aliyah and Integration Jerusalem Region office (4 Mavo HaMatmid, Jerusalem; *2994) as the office for Ma'ale Adumim and Kfar Adumim.

Join ulpan
Ulpan Ma'ale Adumim (Ministry of Education) meets at the matnas, 1 Derech Midbar Yehuda; phone 02-5357108 / 02-5357587. The matnas also runs an ulpan for senior citizens.

Do the move-in paperwork
The municipality's new-residents page links arnona registration and discounts, the Interior Ministry address change, school and gan registration and the 24-hour hotline 107.

Register children for gan and school
Gan and first-grade registration for 2026-27 ran online 19-29 January 2026; the 2027-28 dates are not out yet. Gan or school registration does not include the afternoon tzaharon, which is a separate matnas sign-up.

Choose a health fund and find clinics
All four health funds have branches in the city; the municipality lists them with Tipat Halav and the pharmacies on one page.

Municipal departments mostly see the public by appointment through the online queue system; the hotline 107 runs 24/7. Bring your teudat zehut with its sefach to almost every office.
